- This warranty is exclusively applicable to genuine products purchased directly from Peacock Marketing Sdn Bhd or our authorized dealers in Malaysia. Items bought through parallel imports or unauthorized channels are not covered.
Spare Parts Policy
- Our warranty extends to spare parts only in instances of initial unit faults. For other scenarios, you can conveniently purchase replacement parts from us.
Warranty Exclusions
- Kindly note, expenses related to postage, freight, transportation, insurance, or delivery are not covered under this warranty.
